About Us
The Credit Union Association of Colorado is the statewide trade association representing 110
Colorado credit unions and more than 1.5 million credit union members – one in three Colorado citizens.
Our efforts concentrate on three goals – unifying the credit union movement, fostering collaboration among
credit unions, and helping credit unions to prosper and thrive. These three overarching goals drive four
strategic areas that focus the Association and our League Service Corporation, Credit Union Strategic Partners,
on specific tactics to accomplish these goals – Advocacy, Visibility, Education & Training Operations,
and Regulatory & Technical Assistance.
Based in Denver, Colorado, the Association serves and supports credit unions, which are operated under state or
federal regulation, and are member-owned, not-for-profit financial institutions that return proceeds to each of
their members, usually in the form of lower fees, lower interest rates, and greater returns on savings.
